I stand by my review it is a factual account of my experience. I even praised the fit and comfort of the gloves. My issue was simple gloves had multiple quality-control defects after just one training session.
I documented those defects with photos and videos and sent them to the seller. The seller's response never addresses that evidence. Instead, it focuses on PayPal and suggests I refused to return the gloves, which is not an accurate description of what happened.I was willing to return the gloves. I simply wanted confirmation that once the seller received the defective gloves, I would receive a full refund—not a decision left entirely to the seller's discretion.
The real issue is that I paid approximately $280, plus shipping and import fees, for gloves that failed after one training session. Rather than addressing the documented defects, the response focuses on everything except the product itself. "Based on my personal experience, I would encourage buyers to proceed with caution."

From the beginning, we were willing to address your concerns and offered to proceed through the appropriate return and/or exchange process. As with any product claim, this required the item to be returned so it could be received and inspected before a replacement or refund could be completed.
Because we were unable to reach an agreement regarding that process, the matter was ultimately escalated through PayPal. Both parties submitted their evidence, and PayPal resolved the case in our favor.
We respect your right to share your experience, and we likewise believe it is important to clarify that we remained willing to receive the product and follow the corresponding resolution process.
